Service Engagements

Fees quoted are fixed and inclusive of all costs unless explicitly stated otherwise in the engagement agreement. The terms of any signed engagement agreement supersede these general Terms of Service.

Deliverables produced under a client engagement (policies, procedures, reports) become the property of the client upon final payment, except that Lakeland Tangerine retains the right to use anonymized methodologies and frameworks in future engagements.

Lakeland Tangerine Inc. provides consulting services on a best-efforts basis informed by current regulatory knowledge. We do not guarantee specific accreditation outcomes, survey results, or licensing decisions, as these are determined by independent third-party bodies. Our liability under any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services or this website.

These credentials are maintained through ongoing professional development and are subject to the oversight of their respective regulatory bodies (BC College of Nurses & Midwives, Canadian College of Health Leaders, National Association for Healthcare Quality, Canadian Health Information Management Association).
